A phone or an e-mail inquiry is the first step. We discuss your situation and how our coaching services may benefit you or your adolescent child. Together we explore whether coaching would be a good opportunity for you to pursue.If it seems you are a good fit for our coaching services and you want to proceed then we schedule an intake session.
Intake Session: You meet with one of the coaches in person to learn more about the coaching process and share the details of your life situation. We take time to answer all your questions about how the coaching could work for you and define some realistic expectations, both short term and long term. You identify the areas of your life that you hope to improve through our work together and what is most important to you.
Coaching: We meet in person once a week and work together to create new goals and identify specific action steps necessary to achieve those goals.Together we forge an ongoing relationship that is very goal-driven, structured and focused on creating practical strategies to accomplish goals and develop new skills to be more effective in your daily life. We set up an accountability that may include texts, e-mails or phone calls during the week to provide meaningful updates from you to your coach on your progress and from coach to you with supportive feedback.
